Heath Hayes Park is owned and managed by Cannock Chase Council. It was purchased from the Marquess of Anglesey in 1931 and not a gift. There are no restrictive covenants on the land.
Any work or activities undertaken MUST have the prior consent of the land owner.
The Parish Council has no role in the management, funding or ownership of the park.

Memorial Benches
In June 2019, the Parish Council and Cannock Chase Council agreed a project for the installation of two new Memorial Benches at Five Ways Island. It was agreed that this would be a suitable location for the commemoration of those who served our country either in uniform or as miners and the two benches reflected these aims.
